Commissioned by my client as an anniversary gift for her husband! There were many challenging parts of this project — deciding the best view and lighting, getting good reference photos despite the home's location on a high-traffic corner, depicting the corner angle and perspective, painting shadows that made sense, and working at a larger scale than most of my watercolor paintings.
