Commissioned by my client as a special gift for her sister
This custom portrait was commissioned to capture this serene moment between my client's niece and her french bulldog, modeled after a photograph my client shared with me. When her sister shared the photo with my client, she said, "this is how I want to remember the pandemic." As I worked on this artwork, I kept thinking of scenes and illustrations from Winnie the Pooh, and marveling at how moments like these have also enriched my experience of the pandemic with small children.
